What is DECA?

Stratford Preparatory Blackford (SPB) DECA is a student-led career and technical student organization that helps members explore business, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and leadership through real-world, project-based experiences. Students build confidence through competition, networking, and professional skill development, applying what they learn in the classroom to case studies, role plays, and written events. Our chapter also prioritizes community, collaboration, and service, giving students meaningful opportunities to lead, represent SPB, and grow as future business professionals.
